Specs: offset dimensions are 23 by 75 feet; with the fold-out sofabeds, this home will sleep 9 people.  Both the carport and roof were replaced about 4 years ago. Everything else is in great condition, although the fridge could use an upgrade, and the relatively new dishwasher needs repairs--we should have that fixed before you see it.  Cable TV, water, and internet have been paid until January 2010. Purchaser also gets two TVs, VCR, CD, and stereo system, as well as a PC with a new HP printer, and even a paper shredder. There are many kitchen appliances in great condition: toaster, electric mixer, coffee maker, electric teapot, under-cabinet canopener, and a large convection/microwave oven. There are also four phones, alarm clocks, weather alert radio, and a workshop replete with every kind of tool one would need to maintain and improve their new home--plus fishing gear, too!

As a resident of this beautiful 55+ resort community, you also have use of two full-sized, heated swimming pools, beautiful shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, and of course the 9 hole golf course--with many more top flight courses a short drive away!
